These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and tk1977 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the tk1977 website located at tk1977.app and all associated gaming, betting, account, and promotional services made available thereon.

By completing the registration process and creating a tk1977 account, you unconditionally accept these Terms. Acceptance is also implied by any use of the platform following the publication of these Terms, whether or not you have re-read them. Each user may hold only one registered account on tk1977. Operating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or under different names, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances held therein.

When registering your tk1977 account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details. You must promptly update your account information if any of the details provided change after registration.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your tk1977 account. tk1977 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following Bangladeshi payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary based on your account status, transaction history, and the current operational status of each payment provider.

Minimum deposit: ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by tk1977 at the platform level, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. You are responsible for understanding the limits imposed by your chosen payment method.

All deposit transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Currency conversion is not supported. All account balances, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are denominated in BDT.

Withdrawal requests are processed by the tk1977 finance team within the timeframes published on the platform at the time of request. tk1977 reserves the right to delay processing of any withdrawal pending the satisfactory completion of identity verification or fraud review procedures. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder.

tk1977 does not charge platform-level fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, individual payment providers may apply their own transaction fees, and these are the sole responsibility of the account holder.

These specific terms are published alongside each individual offer and form part of this Agreement.

• Bonuses are credited to your account in BDT and may only be used for wagering on eligible products as specified in the individual offer terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed in full before any bonus-derived balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time unless otherwise explicitly stated in the offer terms.
• tk1977 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, exploiting loopholes in wagering calculations, or placing offsetting bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine engagement — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and may lead to account suspension.

All bets placed on tk1977's sportsbook — including cricket markets covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and bilateral series — are subject to the tk1977 Sports Betting Rules, which are published in the platform's betting help section and updated periodically. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the Sports Betting Rules, the Sports Betting Rules shall prevail with respect to the settlement of bets.

All casino games — including live dealer tables powered by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi, as well as slot titles from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming — are governed by the individual game rules published by the respective game provider. tk1977 acts as the distribution platform and is not responsible for software malfunctions originating within the game provider's system, subject to the limitations described in Section 11 of these Terms.

tk1977 reserves the right to void any bet or wager where:

• The bet was placed in error due to a technical fault or incorrect odds publication.

• Regulatory or legal requirements necessitate that the bet be voided.

In the event that a wager is voided, the original stake will be returned to the account holder's tk1977 wallet balance. No additional compensation will be payable.

tk1977 is committed to maintaining a fair, transparent, and secure gaming environment for all users. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of all account balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with casino games, or manipulate account activity.
• Engaging in collusion with other users to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports event manipulation in connection with bets placed on tk1977.

• Using stolen, fraudulent, or third-party payment methods to fund an account.

• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the account holder or their payment provider.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring the restriction or closure of the account.

Upon account closure — whether initiated by the user or by tk1977 — any remaining real-money balance in the account (excluding bonus funds and any funds under investigation) will be returned to the account holder via their verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Accounts closed due to confirmed fraud or Terms violation will not be eligible for balance withdrawal.
